We built this website from an experienced vendor perspective, for both engaged couples and wedding professionals. Our intension is to simplify a couple’s search for their ideal wedding needs, as well as offer wedding businesses an affordable, easy to manage listing to advertise their services. We believe our platform is beneficial to the local community and all facets of the wedding industry.

 

Getting Acquainted With Our Site 

On our Home Page you will find a dropbox in the upper left corner (or upper right if viewing on a mobile device). You have the option to view business listings on a specific island. We have this setting defaulted to ‘All Islands’ which shows a random selection of businesses throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

The left sidebar contains Wedding Events; all upcoming Bridal Shows/Expos, as well as Trunk Shows. Below this, you will find all Wedding Services listed by category.

Once a category in Wedding Services is selected, you will find several filters on the left side of the page that are specific to that vendor category. By checking multiple boxes in these filters, couples are able to narrow their search results to align with their specific needs by price, services offered, etc.

Pages where you find multiple listings, referred to as the grid – are set to display relevant information at a glance. Selecting a specific business will take you to their details page.

With a spectacular seascape overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the “Meadows” is our largest venue with 28,000 square feet of usable space. It features a production-scale stage, a grass lawn with a synthetic section for convenience, a roofed Pavilion that can accommodate up to 100 guests, as well as a thatched-roof bar.

  • Dimensions: 175’ x 165’
  •  Stage: 32’or 512 sq. ft.
  • Capacity: up to 600 guests for seated dinner, 800 guests for standing concert event, and up to 100 people seated under the Pavilion. The fee includes tables, chairs, and linen for 300 guests. If additional items are needed, we are able to provide at a cost: 6ft tables at $10 per; white plastic folding chairs at $5 per; and white linen at $10 per.
  •  Electricity: Multiple power sources around the perimeter of grounds.
  • Event times: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (ceremony only/ daily) 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Saturdays only)

 

Beachboy Lanai

The charming Beach Boy Lanai features an indoor-outdoor terraced setting and a comforting breeze year-round. Your guest will also enjoy views of our lovable sea lions. Dolphin Lagoon and Rabbit island just offshore. It is decidedly a more intimate venue.

  • Capacity: 200 guest for seated dinner. Fee includes table’s chairs and linen for 200 guest. If additional items are needed, we are able to provide at a cost: 6ft tables at $10 per; white plastic folding chairs at $5 per; and white linen at $10 per.
  • Electricity: 1 main power source.
  • Event times: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Daily)

Brides choose the “Gardens” time and again for the wedding ceremony of their dreams. Perched on a verdant windswept bluff, this venue offers an unforgettable setting for you and your guest. To your left, Rabbit island rises modestly above the blue Pacific, while the cliffs of Makapu’u and the regal peaks of Ko’olau soar to the right. Looking towards the horizon, the pristine ocean gently caresses the bright Hawaiian sky, a breathtaking vista that appropriately captures the harmony and beauty of your special day.

  • Capacity: up to 100 guest comfortably for wedding or vow renewal ceremony. Fee includes white folding chairs for 100 guest. If additional chairs are needed, we are able to accommodate white folding chairs at $5 per.
  • Electricity: 1 power source
  • Event times: 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., or 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
