Answer – We created this site, having watched the options for wedding marketing for more than 2 decades (from a vendor perspective), knowing there had to be a better way. We believe we have found price points that are fair to all.
We offer you MORE and cost LESS.
Most wedding advertising sites compare apples to apples by lumping you into a vendor category alongside others offering similar services, leaving couples with the task of deciphering which venue is best suited for their needs.
We Are Different!
We do not just List your services as static text, Everything you list is searchable through our platform’s unique database. With our extensive search filters, couples are able to quickly narrow down their options, which literally directs pre-filtered ‘Ideal’ clients to your business, virtually eliminating unqualified leads.
Example, an engaged couple searching Venues might prefer a Waterfront or Historic Venue. If either or both are selected in a filtered search of Venue Type (left sidebar), then only the Venues with those items checked will display as a result.
Another example, a bride can search Bridal Dresses & Accessories for Casablanca, Justin Alexander, Maggie Sottero, Stella York, etc. The search results will display only those bridal shops that carry these specific dress designers.
Q – Is HawaiiWedding.Directory a free site?
Answer – No, we created this directory, as an advertising platform that concentrates your information in one place to enable couples searching to find you. That said, we believe you’ll find us favorably priced, as noted below.
Answer – We proudly priced our directory as the most affordable option for wedding marketing today, at $349.95/yr for Vendors, $499.95/yr for Bridal Shops and $699.95/yr for Venues.
Q – Are there example listings?
Answer – Yes. We created an example in each category for Bridal Shops, Vendors & Venues, to get a better understanding of how the site works and also give you an idea of the extensive search filters available to each category. Simply select your category and look for a listing that has a Sample badge on it, and view the Sample Listing.
Q – Can couples looking for wedding businesses join?
Answer – You can register as a subscriber and once logged in can love (heart) favorites to follow-up with.
Q – I see my business listed, now what?
Answer – When creating the website, we needed some sample data to show how the site functions. Instead of using generic meaningless data, we chose to use actual business listings, possibly yours.
All you need to do now is claim ownership (purchase the listing), and you then become the author/owner of the listing and you can then adjust your listing accordingly.
Q – Why should I pay for a listing when I’m already on the site?
Answer – While you can look at your listing and may be satisfied with the basic info we used to share how the site looks and functions, there won’t be any search filters checked, and you may notice the web and social media links default back to ours.
By claiming your listing, you will have the ability to personalize your listing to your desires, and as mentioned above differentiate yourself from others.
The current listings are temporary to help others see how the site functions, in time these listings will be removed if unclaimed.

Q – How do I claim my listing?
Answer – Go to your listing, in the upper left corner above the text there is a claim ownership tab, simply click on that tab and provide the information required, and purchase your listing/create an account.
Next, we verify your ownership (see below), then you get an email with your temporary password (check your junk mail – just in case), and a link to login. Once you are logged in you are now free to edit at will.
Q – What changes after I claim my listing?
Answer – This depends on how you edit your listing, if you use the search filters in Additional info, you will increase your ability to be found amongst similar listings as couples searching will most likely take full advantage of these filters to narrow down their searches.
Q – Are claimed listings verified?
Answer – Yes, we verify each ownership claim carefully by cross checking the email, name and phone of each business claim, to ensure the ownership of the listing does not end up with somebody other than the business owner.
Q – What happens after I create an account?
Answer – Upon registering you are sent an email from the site with your (generated) password (check your junk mail – just in case). Follow the link in that email using your Username and the provided password to login.
Once logged in you can create/claim your listing if you have not already done so (mentioned above). If you have any issues you can send us a message through the footer contact form, or email team@NewYorkWedding.Directory and we’ll respond as quickly as we can and get you taken care of.
Q – What can I expect from a listing on HawaiiWedding.Directory?
Answer – We are a directory that offers Wedding Professionals like yourself a place to advertise your business in an equitable manner for a fair price. Let us tell you what not to expect;
Your detail page is yours, you will not find any other businesses mentioned at the side or bottom of the page, just your information. If you choose to utilize the extensive search filters (aka Additional Information), your business will be able to differentiate itself from others that may be similar.
Q – What are the search filters?
Answer – Each category has it’s own specific filters, that you may notice when viewing a category on the site in the left upper sidebar. By checking these filters, you can accomplish two very important things.
First you make it that much easier for couples searching for your services to find you, and second you further differentiate yourself from other vendors in your category.
Answer – After claiming your listing, you can easily edit your listing as little or often as you desire. Simply Login/Register, and you will notice your chosen Username (made during registry or claiming ownership) in the upper right corner.
Click on your username, and you’ll go to your Author area, where you can Edit your listing, as well as see Stats on your listing.
Q – What/Where are my statistics?
Answer – In your Author area (after Login/Registering, claiming or creating a listing), you can click on your username in the upper right corner, here is where you will find your statistics.
Q – Can I link back to HawaiiWedding.Directory?
Answer – Absolutely, we would love that. Text links are simply – https://hawaiiwedding.directory
On the other hand if you would prefer to use a logo to link to us, we are happy to allow that also. You can find them on our social media pages, with both white or black backgrounds.
Q – Can my bridal shop list our trunk shows?
Answer – Yes Please! We actually made an Events section just for Trunk shows, and even better you can currently list them at no charge. We know there might be a fee to list these elsewhere, but we are really trying to share some love here.
Besides trunk shows are what brides to be are looking for, and they get the added benefit of finding all of the other vendors and venues here too!
Q – What about Bridal Show and Expo companies?
Answer – Other than what they create for themselves or pay others for, these companies have nowhere to list their events. This may seem different, but we created a space for them to list as well, and in sharing the love they can also currently list their shows and expos at no charge.
Bonus – Bridal Shows and Expos are what brides to be are looking for, and they get the added benefit of finding all of the other vendors and venues here also!
Q – Can I view HawaiiWedding.Directory with my phone/tablet?
Answer – Truth be told this website looks and operates far better on a desktop than any mobile device. However, the site is fully mobile compliant and will render on mobile devices. Try turning your phone/tablet to the side for a better mobile experience.
