The Estate at Holualoa Inn is the ideal venue for those seeking tropical enchantment on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Holualoa Inn Bed & Breakfast, blessed with lush grounds and panoramic ocean views, is a Polynesian oasis in vibrant paradise. The Estate offers a total of eight guest rooms. Six rooms are located in our main house. The other two – a stand-alone, one-bedroom vintage Cottage and the Red Barn suite – offer tranquil privacy mere steps from the Inn.

Natural beauty, elegant simplicity and tropical ambiance are the defining features of a perfect venue. Events at our open-air Malulani Pavilion or main Inn, surrounded by vibrant gardens and panoramic views of the majestic Kona coastline, will take your breath away.

WEDDINGS AT MALULANI PAVILION

Wake up on your wedding day to our 100% estate Kona coffee and delicious, healthy garden-to-table breakfast before the final preparations begin for your big day. Gather your wedding party and glam squad in our spacious Red Barn for dressing and photography before arriving at our Malulani Pavilion and Great Lawn for your ceremony and reception. With breathtaking gardens and a panoramic view of the Kona coastline as your backdrop, Holualoa Inn is the ideal place to say “I do” at sunset and let the party begin!

ELOPEMENTS

Elope in Paradise. You can say “I do” from our Rooftop Gazebo, the Lanai of our Zen Buddha Garden, the Blue Jade Garden, barefoot in the grass or with your toes in the sand.

WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL

Perfect for a Big Island getaway with family or friends, a whole estate rental transforms our 30 acre Estate into your personal vacation home. Our property can accommodate 19 sleepover guests in our Inn, Darrell Hill Cottage and Red Barn. Whole House Rentals include daily breakfast and housekeeping services and all the 100% estate Kona coffee you can drink.
